Deen Dayal Upadhyay Gorakhpur University, One of the well established university of India. DDU Gorakhpur University is A NAAC Accredited B++ University of uttar pradesh. Now DDU invites online application for the admission in various under graduate and post graduate program. DDU will conduct a common entrance exam for the admission in UG program commencing from session 2013.
Online Application form submission has been started from today. Interested candidates who want to take admission in DDU can fill application form online. Application form submission last date is 10 June 2013. Application form fee will be deposited via Bank Challan form. Fee will be deposited till 15 June 2013. DDU entrance exam date also published. Entrance exam of Gorakhpur University will be held on 1 July 2013.
Eligible candidates are required to fill application form online. Application form available at the official website of DDU which are www.dduguonline.net and www.ddugu.edu.in
Candidates can fill application form on above mentioned website for Art, Science, Commerce, Education, law and agriculture related courses.
Fee will be deposited in selected Allahabad bank website

I have lost mine application form and chalan form.i have registered but not completed chalan process , so can you tell that How can i get reprint form and chalan?
