For ensuring the presence of doctors and other medical staff in hospital and health centers of uttar pradesh , Up health department now going to recruit for various posts by the help of Uttar pradesh Public service commission. Regarding this recruitment in health department proposal has been sent to UPPSC. State government is now considering to invite application form to physician and directly appoint them in health centers. Mr Minister of hear and family welfare of UP said a recruitment notification for the post of Para medical staff, nurse, Mid wife and other staff will be published shortly. Official GO has been be passed on 4 July 2013 regarding recruitment for various posts .
Minister also expressed there worries that OPD register and Daily register is not filled regularly and seniors officer are also not serious about this concern .mostly therapist and physician are on a unauthorized leave but officer also not taking action against such type of doctors.
