After publishing notification of UPTET 2013 exam, now series of filling writ in high court has been started. A new writ petition now filled by appearing BTC and bed candidates of uttar pradesh on uptet exam 2013. This time petitioner challenged to government order of up teacher eligibility test. Trainee candidates appealing in court that they participated in final year examination but result yet not announced and government exempted to all appearing candidates of btc and bed. Government dose not want to include appearing candidates in uptet that’s why trainee candidates now moving towards court. High court now asked information in this matter from state government. This writ petition was filed by shushil kumar and others on 17 April 2013. According to notification of Uptet , only those candidates are eligible for uptet 13 who qualified two year Btc program or 1 year bed program. Due to this provision mostly candidates of final year are not eligible for participate in btc training.
