GBTU finally started the counselling process for the admission in government engineering colleges and management seats. Counselling has been started from Monday July 2013. First day document verification will be done for those candidates who are decaled qualified in UPSEE 2013 Entrance Exam. Just Like B.ed counselling this time after document verification each candidates will issued login ID Password on there Mobile which they registered during document verification. After login in there account via entering the password and login ID students can lock there desired colleges, and desired stream or courses. This counselling will be carrying on till 22 July 2013. After that Seat Allotment process will be started from 23 July 2013.
Each candidates will informed about there seat allotment, colleges details, course details, Stream details in allotment letter. This will be available from 23 July 2013 .
Counselling for B.tech Seats of various engineering colleges will be held on 8 July , 9 July and 10 July 2013. First day till rank 10000 candidates call for b.tech engineering counselling. After that document verification you can easily login to online UPSEE counseling website and can lock your choice from your home or any other place.
If you received your desired seats then report to your concerning Counselling Center on 24 July 2013 with 10000 initial fee. After depositing fee your seat will be confirmed other wise this seats will be allotted to other candidates and candidates will be cancel. From 11th July , BTech and MBA counselling will be held jointly.
One more thing I would like to inform you that after document verification you have to require to lock your seats and provide your options for colleges within 24 hours for locking seats online you will get only 90 minuets after login in your ID online. after 90 minutes you failed to lock your seats then your login ID and password will be expired and you wont be able to login in your account once again. So be careful about this concern. You will be only allowed for re locking seat after the permission of GBTU.
