ssc constable physical Stander and efficiency test PET PST 2013

According to selection procedure decided by ssc first of all Physical Stander Test will be conducted for all candidates. SSC will inform you Physical Test Date though Admit card / call letter of constable recruitment. Physical Stander test (PET) will be 1^st phase for the recruitment of constable GD and rifle man GD. Physical test Center will be decide by CAPF. Physical exam (physical stander Test) will be conducted for the scrutiny of the candidates. Because many lakh candidates fill application form constable post. That’s’ why first of all physical exam conducted for all candidates.

According Pattern and Details provided by SSC regarding Physical Stander exam in official notification, PST will be as are follows

Physical stander is one the hardest phase of constable recruitment. If you regularly exercise well and get focus on workout then definitely you will be able to crack physical exam. Expected date for physical is in the march because written exam will be conducted 12 may 2013. Every year in the month of March or April pst /pet exam conducted.
