B.ed trend can Apply for Bihar 10+2 Niyojan Madhymik Shikshak Pulse 2 recruitment 2013

This is very good news for all B.ed trend candidates of Bihar who completed there B.ed training before the publishing of the notification of Bihar madhymik Shiksha Niyojan 2013 (Bihar plus 2 Teacher / 10+2 teacher) .regarding this, a latest news published on the most popular News paper Dainik Jagran patna Edition on 28 may 2013. This order has given by summer court of Bihar. Recently court rejected the order of senior secondary education director on this matter.  As we know recently senior secondary director of Bihar published to all Program officer / niyojan officer to regarding changes of stander of the Niyojan process. A rule has been changed before the niyojan. Only B.ed trend of 2010-11 was eligible for  the recruitment of teacher. However advertisement for plus two teacher was published on 29 September 2012.
Due to this decision of BSSEB, many candidates filed court case in Bihar high court. After hearing the appeal of the candidate’s court given relief to these b.ed trained candidates. Advocates said mostly candidates completed there training before the publishing of the advertisement but directed refused to give appoint from the batch of 2011-12 in niyojan Process. However its provision that after qualifying the examination each candidates will be eligible for Niyojan till 7 year .
