46000 Inter Pass Shiksha Mitra are eligible for BTC training

State government now showing there interests to give training to those candidates who are intermediate pass. State Government body SCERT now send a proposal to NCTE for providing training to intermediate pass candidates. If NCTE provide training BTC training to these intermediates pass shiksha Mitra then defiantly it will be very good news for Shiksha Mitra.
Currently 1 lakh 70 thousands shiksha Mitra now working in government primary school as a Para teacher. State government want to give two year BTC diploma training via distance and want to appoint for the posts of assistant teacher government primary schools. 1 lakh 24 thousands Shiksha Mitra already selected for btc training who are Graduate. But rules said only graduate candidates are eligible for BTC training, that’s why 46000 shiksha Mitra exempted from BTC training. These shiksha Mitra now followed there graduation after getting posts of shiksha Mitra.
If NCTE will give there approval to provide two year training to these shiksha then its hope that they will be also selected for assistant teacher posts in future.
After completing two year each shiksha Mitra are require to complete there graduate for the appointment of teacher posts.
However training of shiksha Mitra which was selected in 1st round will complete in the last week of this year. After that recruitment process will be started from the next years.
